One of the first commercial projects we worked on. A fantastic opportunity to create a vibrant, prehistoric world.
Working with Owen Gundry and a team of brilliant makers we created hundreds of weird trees, some mountains, a water fall, all sorts of flowers and bugs.... loads of stuff.
Lying on the vast set, under the hot, bright studio lights, it was easy to forget we were in Acton... more like being on some sort of exotic holiday.
Performing the Volcano character to Matt Berry's brilliant voice was great fun. It was good being inside a volcano for a week.
